Regarding the treatment of the personal data the person involved has the following rights: a) to know, through free access to the register referred to in the art. 31, paragraph 1, letter a), about the existence of the treatment of data that can concern him/her; b) to be informed about what written in the article 7, paragraph 4, letters a), b) and h); c) to obtain, by the owner or responsible, and without delay. 1) The confirmation of the existence (or of the absence) of personal data regarding him/her, even if not yet registred, and the communication, in an intelligible form, of the data and their origin, as well as the reason and aim of the treatment; the request may be renewed (exept if justified reasons exhist), with an interval of at least 90 days; 2) The write-off, the transformation in an anonymous form of the treated data violated, including those that do not require the conservation (according to the aims that led the gathering and the use of the data); 3) The up-dating, or the adjustment, if the integration of the data is interested; 4) The declaration that the operations referred to at the points 2) and 3) have been transmitted, even regarding their contents, to those who have been communicated the data, except in the case this fulfilment is impossible or requires the use ot excessive efforts; d) to oppose, in part or totally, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of the personal data regarding him/her, even if pertaining the aim of the gathering; e) to oppose, in part or totally, to the treatment of the personal data regarding him/her, for commercial aims or shipment of advertising material, or direct selling, or market research or interactive market communication, and to be informed by the holder (not later than the moment when the data are transmitted) of the possibility to exert this right, without any cost. 2. For any of these requests contained in the paragraph 1, letter c), number 1), it can be asked to the person involved (if it does not appear the exhistence of data concerning him/her) a contribution to the costs, not superior to the costs actually paid, according to the modality and within the limits fixed by the regulations written in the article 33, paragraph 3. 3. The rights referred to in the paragraph 1 concerning the personal data of dead people can be exerted by anybody interested in. 4. To exert the rights referred to in the paragraph 1 the person involved can appoint, in written form, delegacy or proxy to persons or associations.
